Since 2017, Milly has served as the Marketing Manager for SACARE. In 2022, the company expanded its national footprint in disability services through a partnership with ONCALL Group Australia. To create brand cohesion, ONCALL SACARE engaged MILCO to develop a national brand style guide. Although the existing logos were retained, MILCO worked to harmonise elements such as colour schemes, typography, art direction, and brand imagery across both companies. With a project timeline of approximately 4 months from initial brief to production, MILCO ensured that all marketing materials and Squarespace websites were manageable by the internal marketing team. Milly continues to work as their National Brand and Marketing Manager on a contractual basis through MILCO.
